Are your parts OEM equivalent to Sandvik, Metso or Trio?
так. We manufacture wear parts equivalent to major OEM brands according to customer drawings or samples. Our mantles, concaves, jaw plates and other castings are made to the required dimensions and material specifications, with full chemical and hardness reports available.
What materials do you use for crusher wear parts?
We cast high manganese steel (Mn13, Mn18, Mn22, Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2), high chrome alloy iron (Cr15, Cr20, Cr26) and carbon or low-alloy cast steel depending on the application. The grade is selected against the wear mechanism — impact-dominant duty and abrasion-dominant duty need different materials — and we recommend the grade based on your feed material, налаштування та умови роботи дробарки.
What is your typical lead time?
For standard parts, our typical lead time is 30 to 45 days from order confirmation. Custom castings may take 45 to 60 days depending on complexity. We can also keep stock of common parts for faster delivery on repeat orders.
Can you make custom castings from my drawing?
так. Send us your 2D or 3D drawing and we will quote with material grade, weight, price and lead time. Our in-house pattern shop can produce new patterns from your drawings within 2 to 3 weeks.
How do you ship heavy castings overseas?
We pack castings in seaworthy wooden cases with steel frame reinforcement and waterproof film. For bulk orders we use break-bulk or container shipping, with all export documentation handled by our logistics team.
What quality certificates do you provide?
We are ISO 9001 certified. Every batch comes with material certificate, chemical composition report, mechanical property report (tensile, врожайність і вплив), hardness record and dimensional inspection report. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) is available on request.
